Review Wins Back-to-Back Pacemakers for First Time

The National Scholastic Press Association named 19 high school newspapers as Pacemaker winners, including the St. John's student newspaper, the Review. This marks the fourth Pacemaker for the Review and the first time it has received the coveted prize in back-to-back years.

The Pacemaker was accepted by 15 junior and senior editors of the Review who attended the JEA/NSPA Fall National High School Journalism Convention in Philadelphia. This year marks the seventh time the Review has been named a Pacemaker Finalist over the past decade. The newspaper also received the prestigious prize in 2015, 2018 and 2023.
