Parents Guild

Greetings SJS Parents, 

Welcome back to campus for the 2024-2025 school year! We are delighted to serve as your All School Parents Guild Chairs!
 
As a parent of a St. John’s student, you are automatically a member of the Parents Guild. The Parents Guild provides program-enhancing activities for students, administrators, faculty, and staff while offering support and social opportunities for parents. We encourage every family to find opportunities to volunteer and participate in community activities. Together, we can build and sustain a vibrant and inclusive SJS community!
 
We look forward to every opportunity to support the SJS community and keep parents apprised of volunteer opportunities through emails and the parent portal. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Class Web Pages:
Each Middle School and Upper School class has the option to maintain its own Class Parent web page. The content can only be viewed by the families of the class and may contain additional details for events  reflected on the school calendar, as well as other class-related events not on the calendar. To access your class web page, log into the SJS Community, click on the Groups drop-down menu and select Class of 20##.

Class Communication Representative:
A volunteer parent supports each class by emailing news and updates at the request of class co-chairs. All parent communication requests should be forwarded to the class co-chairs.

Class Parent Meetings:
These meetings are a chance to hear from members of the administrative team and Parents’ Guild Class Representatives. Please see the calendar above for meeting dates.
